NIOSH CONDUCTS "SHORT TERM" FIELD INVESTIGATION EACH YEAR TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL CHEMICAL, BIOLOGICAL, OR PHYSICAL HAZARDS IN A GIVEN WORKPLACE. OFTEN, A SHORT TURN AROUND TIME IS REQUIRED. THIS REQUEST SUPPLIES GENERIC DATA COLLECTION INSTRUMENTS FOR SPECIFIC HEALTH HAZARDS.
