Abstract:
SECTION 76.970 REQUIRES CABLE OPERATORS TO (1)CALCULATE THE MAXIMUM REASONABLE RATES FOR EACH RATE CLASSIFICATION ANNUALLY, (2) PROVIDE A SCHEDULE OF RATES UPON REQUEST TO PROSPECTIVE LEASED ACCESS PROGRAMMER AND (3) MAINTAIN SUFFICIENT SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION TO JUSTIFY SCHEDULED RATES.
