Abstract:
STATES WISHING TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE NRC TO OBSERVE OR PARTICIPATE IN NRC INSPECTION AT NUCLEAR POWER FACILITIES ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE CERTAIN INFORMATION TO THE NRC RELATED TO NUCLEAR ACTIVITIE AND RADIOLOGICAL HEALTH PROGRAMS WITHIN THEIR BORDERS.
