REGULATION PROMULGATES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR IMPLEMENTING TITLE VI OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964, TITLE VIII OF THE CIVIL RIGH ACT OF 1968, EXECUTIVE ORDER 11246, AND THE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ACT OF 1974, AS THEY RELATE TO THE FARMERS HOME ADMINISTRATION (FMHA).
