Abstract:
ADEQUATE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES THAT MAY BE AFFECTED BY PROPOSED SURFACE COAL MINING ACTIVITIES. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY THE REGULATORY AUTHORITY TO DETERMINE IF THE APPLICANT CAN COMPLY WITH THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PERFORMANCE STANDARDS.
