THE NONIMMIGRANT TREATY TRADER/INVESTOR VISA APPLICATION IS USED BY CONSULAR OFFICERS TO DETERMINE THE ELIGIBILITY OF ALIENS AND ENTERPRIS WHICH THEY REPRESENT TO QUALIFY FOR E-1 AND E-2 NONIMMIGRANT VISAS FOR THE PURPOSE OF CARRYING ON THEIR BUSINESS ENTERPRISE IN THE UNITED STATES.
