Abstract:
'THIS STUDY, WHICH WILL AFFECT THE POPULATION OF THE UNITED STATES, IS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE THE PREVALENCE OF CIGARETTE, ALCOHOL, AND DRUG USE. THE RESULTS WILL BE USED BY NIDA, ONDCP, GOVERNMENT AGENCIE PERTINENT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS TO ESTABLISH POLICY, DIRECT THEIR ACTIVITIES, AND BETTER ALLOCATE RESOURCES.
