Abstract:
FOREIGN FISHING VESSELS MUST REPORT ON FISHING AND RETAIN FISHING LOGS RADIO MESSAGES OF VESSEL ACTIVITIES ARE USED BY DOC AND U.S. COAST GUA FOR FISHERIES MANAGEMENT AND ENFORCEMENT PURPOSES. SUMMARIZED REPORTS ARE USED TO MONITOR RELATIVE ABUNDANCE OF FISH STOCKS.
