Abstract:
THE RULES IMPLEMENTING STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS FOR PLAN SPONSOR ADMINISTRATION OF MULTIEMPLOYER PLANS THAT HAVE TERMINATED BY MASS WITHDRAWAL INCLUDE SUBMISSIONS THAT PROVIDE PBGC WITH INFORMATION TO MAKE STATUTORY DETERMINATIONS AND TO IDENTIFY AND ESTIMATE CASH NEEDS FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PAY GUARANTEED BENEFITS.
