Abstract:
THE REGULATION PROVIDES GUIDANCE RELATING TO THE ADDITIONAL REQUIREMEN NECESSARY TO ENSURE THE COLLECTION OF THE ESTATE TAX IMPOSED UNDER SECTION 2056A(B) WITH RESPECT TO TAXABLE EVENTS INVOLVING QUALIFIED DOMESTIC TRUSTS (QDOT'S).
