FERC-545 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED BY THE COMMISSION TO DETERMINE IF AN INTERSTATE PIPELINE'S RATE FILING COMPLIES WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTIONS 4, 5, AND 16 OF THE NGA AND/OR ORDER NO. 636 (RESTRUCTURING RULE ISSUED 04/08/92 IN DOCKET NOS. RM91-11-000 AND RM87-34-065) AND THAT THE RATE/CHARGES FOR THE TRANSPORTATION/SALE OF NATURAL GAS ARE JUST AND REASONABLE. RM94-19 REQUIRES THAT CHANGES TO RATE FILINGS BE
