THE FAMILY UNITY PROGRAM PROVIDES BENEFITS FOR THE SPOUSE AND UNMARRIE CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE WHO ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE SAME STATU OF THE ALIEN THEY ARE RELATED TO. THEY ARE ELIGIBLE FOR VOLUNTARY DEPARTURE AND EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION.
