FORMS EIA-254, 851, AND 858 COLLECT DATA ON THE COSTS OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION, DOMESTIC URANIUM PRODUCTION, AND CERTAIN ASPECTS OF URANIUM MARKETING, EXPLORATION, AND FINANCES.
