Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by ED's 12/7/94 Memorandum to OMB. Note that with this approval, the Presidential Scholars Application now conforms with the PRA approval requirements, ED had previously used a form without clearance. In addition, ED has agreed to meet the following conditions: -- Student biographical information will only be asked one time, deleted from either the biographical questionnaire or the control form. -- ED will delete questions about family information in Section A of the Biographical Questionnaire, which has no utility to the scholarship decision.
