Abstract:
THIS RESEARCH WILL COLLECT BASIC DATA ON THE UNIVERSE OF PROJECTS DEVELOPED WITH FEDERAL LOW-INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDITS. THE RESULTING DATA BASE WILL BE USED FOR CURRENT ANALYSIS OF THE LOCATIONS OF LIHTC PROJECTS AND WILL SERVE AS THE SAMPLING FRAME FOR FUTURE, MORE IN-DEPT STUDIES OF THE CREDIT.
