Abstract:
RESPONDENTS ARE OWNERS OR OPERATORS OF SHIPBUILDING AND SHIP REPAIR FACILITIES. RESPONDENTS MUST SUBMIT A ONE-TIME INITIAL NOTIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION OR RECONSTRUCTION, START-UP, AND THE COMPLIANCE METHODS THE RESPONDENT INTENDS TO USE. RESPONDENTS MUST KEEP SUFFICIENT RECORDS TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARDS AND SUBMIT QUARTERLY NOTIFICATIONS OF THEIR COMPLIANCE STATUS.
