Abstract:
To properly administer the Small Business Investment Act, as amended, it is essential that complete financial statements, with supporting schedules tailored to current regulatory requirements, be submitted by SBICs. SBA uses this information to monitor financial condition and regulatory compliance, and for credit analysis prior to providing financing to SBICs.
