This information collection is approved through 11-96 under the following condition: As agreed to by RSA, upon the next submission, the Agency will redraft the narrative section to: 1)Convert qeustions b,c,and f into a chart format; 2) eliminate question e; 3) rework question d, so that CAP agencies use a more outcome-oriented approach, identifying goals and objective, thus eliminating the need for questions g and h; 4) rework questions j and k to specify desired information.
