Terms of Clearance: FCC Common Carrier Bureau will prepare an FCC Public Notice that clearly sets out filing requirements for local exchange carriers (LECs) intending to provide videodialtone services to the public. The requirements contained/described in the Second Report and Order and Second NPRM to CC Docket 87-266 are not codified in revisions to Part 63 of the Commission's Rules. This is also true of requirements contained in CC Docket 87-266 Memorandum Opinion and Order on Reconsideration and Third Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (FCC 94-269). The FCC will provide copies of all Public Notices prepared in support of these particular information collections so that they may be maintained in this OMB Docket. The FCC should consider incorporating the information collections requirements identified here in Part 63 where appropriate.
