Abstract:
THE BIDDER CERTIFICATION REQUIRES OFFERORS FOR A REQUIREMENT IN EXCESS OF $25,000 TO CERTIFY WHETHER THE FIRM OR ITS PRINCIPALS WERE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED, DEBARRED, PROPOSED FOR DEBARMENT, INDICTED, OR WITHIN 3 YEARS OF THE OFFER HAD BEEN CONVICTED OR TERMINATED FOR DEFAULT. IN ADDITION, THE OFFEROR MUST ADVISE THE CONTRACTING OFFICER PRIOR TO SUBCONTRACTING WITH A CONTRACTOR DEBARRED, SUSPENDED, OR PROPOSED FOR DEBARMENT.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
