14 CFR PART 21 PRESCRIBES CERTIFICATION PROCEDURES FOR AIRCRAFT, AIRCRAFT ENGINES, PROPELLERS, PRODUCTS, AND PARTS. INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE AND APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY. THE RESPONDENTS ARE AIRCRAFT PARTS DESIGNERS, MANUFACTURERS, AND AIRCRAFT OWNERS.
