Abstract:
The National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 requires development of this form by FEMA. The form will be used by the lending industry to determine whether or not a structure is located within a special flood hazard area and if flood insurance is available, in accordance with the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973.
