RECIPIENTS OF FORMULA GRANTS TO PROVIDE PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH MENTAL ILLNESS ARE REQUIRED BY LAW ANNUALLY TO REPORT THEIR ACTIVITIES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS, INCLUDING THE NUMBER AND TYPES OF PERSONS SERVED, THE TYPES OF FACILITIES COVERED, AND THE MANNER IN WHICH THE ACTIVITIES WERE UNDERTAKEN.
