Terms of Clearance: NARA will revise the indemnification statement to make clear that claims for damages due to the fault of the permittee will be charged to the permittee, and to remove any statement implying that all liability of NARA is placed on the permittee. The revised indemnification statement will be subject to approval by OMB under this control #. NARA will remove OMB's address from the burden statement. NARA will incorporate OMB # into regulations at 36 CFR 1280.42
