Approved; DOL correspondence of 09/05/95 and 09/07/95 accepted. In addition DOL shall meet the following conditions: --DOL shall actively encourage more use of consolidated Federal/ State Certificates which currently exist only in Florida. --DOL shall reexamine language concerning the consolidated certificate and provide compelling justification for its current format. --DOL shall combine into a single package OMB 1215-0037 and OMB 1215-0038 upon next submission. --The conditions of clearance for the companion form 1215-0038 also apply to this form.

Abstract:
The Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act provides that no individual may perform farm labor contracting activities without a certificate of registration. Form WH-512 MIS is an application which provides the Department of Labor with the information necessary to issue a certificate specifying the farm labor contracting activities authorized.
