Abstract:
Onwers/Operators of injection wells must obtain permits to conduct environmental monitoring and maintain records and must report results to EPA in the State Primacy Agency. States must report to EPA on permittee compliance and related information. Data are used to ensure safety of underground sources of drinking water.
