Abstract:
The collection of information requirement is for those credit unions seeking an exemption from the 20% or $1.5 million limit (whichever is greater). The credit union needs to submit their investment and lending policies and an explanation for the request to the Regional Director. This is necessary to protect the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund.
