Abstract:
The respondents are State and local government entities responsible for providing public transportation. The reports are usually submitted to the cognizant regional program office to determine the applicant's eligibility for funding and their progress in implementing and completing project activities according to provisions of 49 CFR and OMB Circular A-102.
