Abstract:
Recordkeeping and information collection under 7 CFR part 59 are needed from egg processors, shell egg processing plants, hatcheries, importer State agencies, and foreign countries to enforce and administer the Egg Products Inspection Act. Volume of product is needed from shell egg and poultry processing plants to calculate administrative charges for voluntary grading service.
