Abstract:
The Immigration and Naturalization Service is seeking proposals from regional centers who wish to participate in a Pilot Immigration Program, provided for by Section 610 of the Appropriations Act of 1993. The Service will select a regional center(s) that is (are) responsible for promoting economic growth in a geographical area.
