Abstract:
The proposed form will allow satellite applicants to transfer and assign licenses and obtain authorizations for or make modifications to their earth stations in accordance with part 25 of the Commission's rules. The proposed form will be used in place of FCC forms 430, 493, 702, 704. It will be tailored to the needs of the satellite industry and will include relevant questions from the existing forms and exclude redundant and unnecessary questions found on these forms.
