Abstract:
These recordkeeping requirements are directed towards assuring the safety of emploees in grain handling through the development of a housekeeping plan which addresses the planned actions an employer expects to take relative to the control of combustible dust, and an emergency action plan which covers the designated actions employers and employees must take during an emergency.
