Abstract:
The prohibition on the use of Presence Sensing Device Initiation (PSDI) is to be removed. To assure the safety of the system, this final rule requires a certification program. The manufacturers and employers who choose to use PSDI will have to maintain some records in order to meet the requirements of this standard.
