Abstract:
The Federal Reserve System gathers information from approximately 240 U.S. branches and agencies of foreign banks that incur daylight overdrafts on large-dollar wire transfer systems. The report provides the capital figures necessary to implement the Federal Reserve's Payments System Risk policy.
