Abstract:
REGULATION CC IMPLEMENTS THE EXPEDITED FUNDS AVAILABILITY ACT. THE REGULATION REQUIRES BANKS TO PROVIDE AVAILABILITY FOR DEPOSITS WITHIN SPECIFIED TIME PERIODS, TO DISCLOSE THEIR AVAILABILITY POLICIES TO CUSTOMERS, AND TO BEGIN TO ACCRUE INTEREST ON DEPOSITS TO ACCOUNTS PROMPTLY.
