Abstract:
DOL is seeking to reinstate as burden hour adjustments those third-party disclosure paperwork burden hours for 22 information collection requests previously deleted as a result of the Supreme Court Decision, Dole v. Steelworkers which are now subject to OMB review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
