Abstract:
Data assures that grantees have conducted the project for which funded, signals problems of implementation, and indicates extent and quality of performance. The Department uses reports in evaluating projects for continuation, assessing technical assistance needs, determining future funding levels, and in assigning scores to projects in competition for new grants.
