Terms of Clearance: This emergency extension is approved through April 30, 1996 with the understanding that during the next 90 days, HCFA will submit this package and any relevant amendments for a full Paperwork Reduction Act review by the public and OMB. OMB emphasizes that this 90-day emergency clearance only extends OMB approval for those information collection requirements previously reviewed and cleared by OMB on January 30, 1995. In addition, OMB expects that the next submission responds to its previous clearance remarks regarding the burden imposed by the interim final rule.
