Abstract:
The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act amended the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, to require coeducational institutions of higher education that participate in a title IV HEA program to make available annually a report on institutional financing and student participation in men's and women's intercollegiate athletic teams.
