Abstract:
10 CFR 75 establishes a system of nuclear material accounting and control to implement the US/IAEA Agreement, which requires licensees to submit information concerning their installation for the use of the IAEA; establish, maintain, and follow prescribed material accounting and control procedures; provide reports; and permit IAEA inspections.
