This collection is approved as amended by ED's revisions (see attached) and on the condition that ED add the appropriate OMB nubmers and expiration dates to the forms. In addition, as agreed to with OMB, ED shall revise the requirement that applicants can only use a typewriter to complete the application, to also allow for handwritten responses.
