Abstract:
FERC-545 information is required by the Commission to determine if an interstate pipeline's rate filing complies with the requirements of Section 4,5, & 16 of the Natural Gas Act and/or Order No. 636 (Restructuring Rule) and that the charges for the transportation/sales of natural gas are just and reasonable. The data are also needed to reflect certain standardized industry business practices and procedures. (Docket No. RM96-1-000; NOPR)
