Abstract:
The OGE form 201 collects identifying information from requesters, provides for indication of records requested, and contains a statement of prohibited uses as required under the Ethics in Government Act and implementing OGE regulations for access to SF-278s and other covered records. Requesters are mostly members of the public, particularly representatives of the news media, public interest groups, and private citizens with some Federal agencies and employees.
