Terms of Clearance: This collection is approved through 10-97 on the following conditions: (1) FCS shall revise the burden statement to conform with the requirements under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995; (2) FCS shall add the expiration date to the form as agreed to with OMB; (3) FCS shall consult with ACF to work to conform the reporting requirements under this program with those under the JOBS program so that both use the same reporting criteria; and (4) FCS shall report to OMB no later than the next submission of this form the progress it has made in identifying ways to streamline the reporting requirements to allow States greater flexibility.

Abstract: Respondents include work registrants and State agencies. States submit information so FCS can monitor State E&T program performance.
