Abstract:
To reduce public exposure to harmful effects of metallic mercury vapors, owners/operators of mercury or processing plants, mer- cury cell chlor-alkali plants, and sewage sludge incincerators or dryers must meet national emission limits for mercury. Adequate recordkeeping and reporting enables EPA to verify continuous com- pliance with the standard.
