Abstract:
The survey measures the rate at which different types of new rental and condominium apartments are absorbed; i.e., taken off the market. It provides a basis for analyzing the degree to which apartment building activity is meeting present and future needs. Users include Government agencies, real estate organizations, and building (construction) investors. Respondents are owners, builders, or managers of buildings.
