The requested number of respondents was changed to reflect the 19,000 recordkeepers identified by the Commission. This new collection incorporates existing requirements contained in FCC collections 3060-0272, 0284, 0312, 0273, 0274, 0282, 0299, 0300, 0301, and 0206, with some revisions. The FCC should submit Correction Worksheets to eliminate these collections from their inventory.
