Abstract:
The Economic Purchase Quantities, Supplies, provision invites offerors to (a) state an opinion on whether supplies are being solicited in economically advantageous quantities and (b), if applicable, quote recommended quantities and prices. The information is used to avoid acquisitions in disadvantageous quantities. It is required by Public Law 98-577 and Public Law 98-525.
