Approved; INS addendum 8/22/96. INS request not to display an expiration date as required under 1320.8(b)(1) is approved. INS shall evaluate the prescriptive photograph requirements in this form and related forms within one year of approval by evaluating use, flexibility, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of the collection of information. INS shall add the statement as required under CFR 1320.5(b)(2)(i) upon reprinting the form.
