Abstract:
The information will be supplied by facilities handling benzene wastes, including chemical plants, petroleum refineries, coke by-product recovery plants, and commercial waste treatment facilities. Initial reports (certification, performance tests, design specifications) and quarterly reports (certification, exceedences) are required. This information is needed to ensure continuing compliance with the regulations.
